About the Supervisor position

We are looking for an experienced Supervisor who will support a higher-level manager and help to ensure the effective operation of our business and the satisfaction of our clients. You will be responsible for meeting the goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.

You should be a leader with a strong business mindset and be skilled in organizing work and solving problems. We also expect you to possess decent interpersonal and mediation skills.

Supervisor responsibilities are:

  • Support managers in organizing, planning and implementing strategy

  • Organize daily activities and ensure schedules and objectives are met

  • Interact with customers and learn their needs and specifications

  • Manage, supervise and support the personnel

  • Manage recruitment process and training & development

  • Ensure adherence to company’s policies and guidelines

  • Assist in dough production and quality control of all product

Supervisor qualifications are:

  • Significant experience in recruiting and performance evaluation is an asset

  • Excellent knowledge of customer service principles and practices

  • Strong leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Comfortable working weekends consistently (Sundays included) and has a flexible schedule throughout the week

  • High school graduate
